1. Overview By purchasing from Baer in the Air ("we," "us," or "our") at baerintheair.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products All prints are produced on demand by a third-party fulfillment partner. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration differences.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Reprints & Replacements All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at whenrybaer@gmail.com with a photo of the item and we will arrange a reprint or replacement at no charge.

5. Shipping Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Intellectual Property All photography, artwork, and content on this site is owned by Baer in the Air and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baer in the Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
